About David Way

As a husband and father of 3 amazing children, David can’t get enough of his family. Though he’s officially the CEO, he prefers his role as the “Team Dad.” With a background in business management, leadership development, and a degree in Economics from UCLA, David loves to coach, guide, and motivate his team. Outside work, you can find David on a basketball court, on a hiking trail, in front of a piano, or vacationing somewhere dreamy with his family.
