About Janna Delgado

Janna joined the team after more than 30 years in the legal field, where she served as a litigation assistant and office manager. As Listing Coordinator, she brings exceptional organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - helping ensure properties are expertly prepared for market while guiding clients through what can often be a physically and emotionally demanding process.

Janna leads with empathy, shaped by her own experience of having moved 38 times throughout her life. She understands firsthand the challenges that come with transition, and her top priority is making sure every client feels supported, informed, and genuinely cared for from start to finish.

In her personal time, Janna enjoys walking the Arboretum with her husband, staying active in her church community, and spending quality time with her grandchildren. She’s an avid reader of crime and spy novels, a fan of binge-worthy crime shows, and loves to bake - so it’s not uncommon to find a fresh treat waiting in the office.
