As Director of Operations, she combines strong organizational skills with extensive experience to keep transactions running seamlessly, ensuring every client feels informed, supported, and truly valued.

 

A lifelong athlete and avid reader, ​M​addie approaches her work with a competitive edge, a team-first mindset, and a ​s​trong sense of empathy. These qualities allow her to anticipate needs, navigate challenges, and deliver exceptional service at every step.

 

Outside of work, ​M​addie enjoys traveling to new places, playing slow-pitch softball, ​fostering dogs, and spending quality time with her three nieces and beloved ​p​up, Billy.
