About Zakary de Veer

Zakary (Zak) has deep roots in Pasadena, where his passion for real estate began at an early age. Growing up immersed in his father’s design projects and spending weekends visiting open houses, Zak developed a natural curiosity for how homes are built, positioned, and brought to market. That early exposure evolved into a clear career path, further strengthened by his studies at Cal Poly Pomona, where he earned a Business degree with a focus on Finance, Real Estate, and Law.

Once becoming licensed, Zak stepped into a unique role with the Dave Knight Real Estate Team that allows him to be involved in every stage of the process - from property preparation and market strategy to client communication and execution. This well-rounded exposure has given him a strong foundation across all facets of the business, making him a valuable asset to both the team and the clients we serve.

Zak is known for his consistency, strong work ethic, and commitment to doing things the right way. He takes pride in supporting clients through important transitions, ensuring details are handled with care and that each step forward feels clear and intentional.

Outside of real estate, Zak enjoys staying active through running and swimming at local beaches, and is an avid follower of Formula 1 racing.
